So close you can taste it!

Things are happening again at Mill Creek Farm.  Planting started later than last year, beginning in mid-April rather than March.  With some help from Mother Nature, our peas will still be ready for you in mid to late June.

Premier’s Award for Agrifood Innovation Excellence presented by

In 2007, Neil and Barb Vader of Mill Creek Farm were recognized for the development of  their Fresh & Sweet Garden Peas product and business model  with a regional Premier’s Award for Agrifood Innovation Excellence presented by then Ontario Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Leona Dombrowsky. 

With Neil and Barb are their parents, Arnold & Mary Vader and Doug & Jean Lester, thanked for their part in the success.

In 2010, the family was recognized by Prince Edward County with a Creative Minds award for their part in "Igniting the Creative Rural Economy".
